Four people have been arrested after police chased two allegedly stolen luxury cars through the streets of the Gold Coast.
Police spotted and began tracking the Maserati SUV after it was allegedly stolen from a home in Broadbeach Waters at 1pm.
The car mounted a median at Nerang, which officers used as an opportunity to break into the vehicle and extract two youths.
The two were arrested and taken to custody.
A little later and further north, a second luxury car is believed to have been stolen.
Police began tracking a black Porsche Macan through Arundel on the M1, where it is said to have been weaving in and out of traffic.
The car is also said to have veered into emergency lanes and sped through traffic before taking a wrong turn into a dead end street.
The driver and passenger allegedly jumped out of the car, but police arrested the two.
They were also detained while police investigated both incidents.
9News understands police are looking for anyone else potentially involved.
